All registration must be done in person

Thank you for choosing Little Tiger Academy for your childcare  needs!  We are thrilled to have your family join our growing Little Tiger family and are certain that you and your children will love their experiences while here.

Please follow these steps for registration.

1.  Fill out the registration questioner.

(this will automatically be sent to me when complete)

2.  Send Immunizations. (or exemptions form)

​

Before your child's first day of daycare, we must have the following completed and returned: 

​

+ Child Information form (This will give me all your child's information )

+Parent/Guardian form (This will give me all your information )

+ tuition express authorization (This is required for payments)

+ immunization records (or exemption form)

+ registration fee ($50 per child or $100 per family)

+ tuition paid 

+ sign into the Brightwheel app.

What is Brightwheel? Brightwheel is an app that you add to your phone. Once your child has registered and been accepted you will be sent an email or text with a link to download the app.  You can use this app to check your child in and out, pay bills, communication and many more things.  Once you have been given the log in information please enter the app and put in your child's information (birthdate, address etc)
