This tuition agreement is valid for the entire duration of your child's enrollment and up to 2 weeks after we have received a dated and signed written notice of withdrawal. Your monthly rates may vary from above rate based on our current published rates for service for which your child is enrolled. You are also responsible to pay any incidental charges or late fees you may incur.
Tuition is DUE in advance at the beginning of each month and it will be billed at that time via automatic draft with Tuition Express. If you require an alternative payment schedule, please see the director or assistant director to make those arrangements. All tuitions must be paid in full no later than the 15th of each month with at least 50% of the tuition having been paid at the 1st of the month or you will begin accruing interest at the rate of 18% per annum or 1.5% monthly
We collect tuition with Tuition Express automatic payment service. We accept payments via checking or savings accounts as well as VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Before your first day you must pay your $30 registration fee and at least 50% of the first month's tuition via tuition express. This is required so that we may verify that we have a valid payment method on file for each account.
If you have a subsidy or one in process you must pay your registration fees and at least 50% of your first month's tuition via tuition express prior to attending your first day. Upon subsidy approval and/or payment we will issue you a refund for the amount of the subsidy paid.
Little Tiger Academy tuitions are set tuitions with no allowance for holidays, scheduled closures, or absences *including illness), or vacations. Your tuition pays for your child's enrollment spot whether that spot is used each day or not meaning no account credit is given for missed days.
