Parent Financial Agreement
REGISTRATION AND TUITION The registration fee is due at the time of registration.
($50 3 / 4 year old class or $55 pre-kindergarten classes)
This fee guarantees your child a place in the class. It also covers basic materials for
your child that will be used throughout the year. This is nonrefundable.
Little Tiger Academy uses Tuition Express automatic and secure payment service to collect payments. All accounts are required to maintain a valid payment method on file for tuition express auto drafts, even if you pay your tuition by another method (see Tuition Express Authorization)
Invalid or expired tuition express payment methods will incur a $30 non-refundable monthly recurring charge until updated.
I understand that tuition is due by the 25th of the month prior to attendance (i.e. Octobers tuition is due on September 25th. Tuition is charged on a flat monthly rate. Any tuition paid after the 1st day of the month will receive a $20 late fee for preschool. This fee must accompany payments made after the 1st of the current month of attendance. I agree to pay all tuition, the annual registration fee, and any applicable fees.
Tuition is billed monthly, not day to day. Therefore, if your child misses due to vacation or illness, the tuition is still the set amount. If you choose to pull your child for any reason we require a 30 day written notice. Phone calls are not acceptable. You are responsible for 30 days worth of tuition from the time we receive the notice.
Full tuition will be charged regardless of the following:
*Class is canceled due to extreme weather conditions.
*Class is not held due to a holiday or school vacation.
*Your child misses a class for any reason.
We follow the Davis County Traditional School Schedule. If there is no school, there is not class.
There are a few exceptions including the first day of school, which is the Tuesday or Wednesday after Labor Day; and our last day of school, which is the week of May 20th.
There is no pro-rated tuition. In the event of absences due to sickness, vacations, or standard Davis county school holidays, full payment is required to preserve a student's enrolled status.
I understand that if I am more than 10 minutes late picking up my child I will be assessed a $10 late pick-up fee to be paid by the next time I bring my child to class. I understand that my child will not be allowed to participate unless all fees are kept current.
Returned checks will need to be redeemed with cash or money order. You will be assessed all applicable late fees, and a $25 returned check fee.• If the account becomes 30 days delinquent, your child may be removed from the rolls to provide space for another child. All fees paid will be forfeited.
I agree to pay interest at the rate of 20% annually on all past due balances from the original due dates, plus court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees, with or without suit, incurred in collecting any past due balance, and a collection fee of up to 40% if my account is assigned to a collection agency.
My signature states that I have read and agreed to Little Tiger Academy's Policies and Procedures. Furthermore, it states my acceptance to the terms and conditions herein implied. I accept full responsibility and liability for my child.
